I've spent the better part of 8 years working for a new home building company, starting on the construction side, then spending 6 years in new home sales.
Growing up in Okotoks, spending my adult life in Calgary, and finally settling down in High River has provided me a spread of local knowledge. When I'm not out helping my clients, you'll be able to find me volunteering at my local library, working on a car, or at a car show. Using my sales and homes background combined with my unending enthusiasm, I'll be able to help you find or sell your home, as well as the fantastic local reasons to love where you are moving.

As your Buyer's Representative, we can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. We can help you get financing, guide you to local neighborhoods, help you determine your budget, and prioritize a list of essential features that you need in your next home. We'll save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your requirements, and will show you only the most promising ones.
Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then assist you through the entire process.
Selling a house on your own can be an overwhelming task. There's advertising to plan and budget for, open houses and private showings to arrange, purchase offers to negotiate, contract contingencies to worry about, and complicated paperwork to fill out. Don't forget the intricacies of something as small as measuring your home. Make it easy on yourself by putting your home in the hands of a seasoned professional. I have extensive experience marketing properties and showing them to their best advantage.
First, we'll perform a comparable market analysis to determine the most appropriate price for your home. Then we'll provide a list of reccomended repairs, or staging. We'll advertise your home through a variety of methods, including social media, online MLS® listings and doorknocking.
It's difficult to list every service I provide as there may be some extra items I'll need to help with on your home compared to my previous listings, or vice-versa.
Market knowledge goes beyond simply knowing the neighbourhoods. Ask us about the school district, available parking, or standard bedroom sizes in the area.
Your time is valuable. Because of that, I'm going to ask a lot of questions up front, but when crunch time comes, those answers will save you a lot of work and stress.
